Bigdog's home coocked spaghetti


500 gr spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
garlic 1/2
tomato sauce or tomato paste
280 gr sausage or ham
black peper
savory
soy sauce


Preparation:

Boil the spaghetti in salty water then dry them, but dont throw away the water. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the crushed garlic, turn it over a couple of times but dont let it change color then add the tomato sauce , the sausage (or ham) ,black peper ,savory and few drops of soy sauce then add from the spaghetti water . After it boils for a little you pour the contents of the frying pan into the boul of spaghetti . When serving them you could sprinkle the spaghetti with yellow or white cheese.
