Chicken soup

Products:
1 slice white meat chicken
  2 onions
  1-2 carrots
  1-2 potatoes
  1 green pepper
  A stuffed cabbage vermicelli
  salt
  black pepper
  1 chicken bouillon cube / optional.

liaison:  1 egg
  1 cup yogurt
  1 tsp.flour
  1 pinch of lemon

  Decorations: dried herbs, fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon oil 1small carrot.

  Preparation:  Put the meat to boil in 2 liters of cold water. Add the diced vegetables, spices and broth as desired. Once the meat is semi-finished, place the diced potatoes, in 5 minutes add vermicelli. Remove the cooked meat, cut it into cubes and return to pot.Make a boiled egg from the liaison, flour and milk and condiment the soup.Rend the  carrot  finely and cook it until it goes golden in the oil.Add it to the soup.
